With any Luminara candle, you will see the flame blink twice when the timer is activated.

To enable the timer on your Luminara candle with a switch, slide the power switch at the bottom of your candle to the "TIMER" position. 

For outdoor candles, tap the button on the bottom of your candle twice. First tap of button will turn the candle to "ON" position. Second tap will enable the "TIMER" function.

For 9.5" or taller tapers, tap the button on the bottom of your candle twice. First tap of button will turn the candle to "ON" position. Second tap will enable the "TIMER" function.

For 8.7" or shorter tapers, hold the button on the bottom of your candle until the light blinks.

When enabled, the candle will stay on for 5 hours and then remain off for 19 hours. This 24-hour cycle will repeat continuously until you switch the timer function off.

If you have a remote with Timer options, your candle must be in the "ON" position for the remote to activate the desired timer selection.
